
Quality control is quite naturally at the heart of the company's succes.
Therefore all products are subject to rigorous internal checks from procurement through to dispatch, to ensure that they meet strict quality industry standards.
The NACB is universally recognised as one of the most professional and effective organisations within the industry, but Clifton Quality Meats' commitment to health and safety goes way beyond its membership of this respected body. We are also accredited to EFSIS BRC Global standard Grade B, which are also universally renowned for it’s high standards within the food industry. This coupled with an accreditation from STS and being a member of the NACB we feel we have the same high standards in place for all of our customers throughout the company.
Our employees are trained to NVQ Level 2 / Basic Food Hygiene, and all Managers to NVQ Level 3 externally and HACCP Principles and are continually trained in-house to any changes which may occur within the industry legislation in hygiene / sanitation and good manufacturing practices. The business also keeps right up to date with all current legislative requirements, as well as investing in new technology as and when it becomes available.
